The Berkeley Hotel is located on Weymouth's Esplanade, the main road along the sea front.  It is within a 10 minute walk to the town centre with restaurants and bars located from a short distance from the hotel and further on to the harbour area. The beach is directly across the road from the hotel. The hotel is part of a long terrace of hotels and private dwellings.

The Borough will welcome veterans, residents and visitors to a week of military and veterans commemorations and celebrations.

Festival Highlight will include the Service of Remembrance, a Seafront Parade with over 1,000 veterans, five marching bands, historic military vehicle static display, Tea Dance and more.

Weymouth Carnival 16th & 17th August 2016

Weymouth Carnival has taken place in Weymouth for over 50 years in order to raise funds for local charities and good causes. The Carnival is THE event to look forward to this summer.

The Carnival aims to deliver maximum enjoyment for residents and visitors through a diverse collection of events and entertainment.

For the first time ever the 2016 Carnival will take place over two days; Tuesday 16th & Wednesday 17th August from 10:00 To 22:30. to include the Red Arrows, Torchlight Procession and Carnival Procession amongst other events.
